Order:

Orders must be sent in writing by email to Percussion Play Denmark, stating the quotation number. An order is considered final and binding when Percussion Play Denmark has accepted the order by sending an order confirmation.

Delivery:

From the time of sending the order confirmation, the delivery time is between 2-12 weeks.

If Percussion Play Denmark is responsible for installation, the installation can usually be carried out within a week, subject to weather conditions.

Damage and problems:

You must inspect your order when you receive it. You must contact Percussion Play Denmark immediately and without delay if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and act on your inquiry.

Our goods cannot be returned:

As soon as your order is placed with Percussion Play Denmark, production begins and delivery from our manufacturer in the UK. This is a lengthy and costly process, and therefore we cannot offer returns or cancellations after the order has been placed.

Exchanges:

Exchanges of ordered items are not possible.

Payment:

Invoice will be sent upon delivery. Payment deadline is net 8 days unless another payment deadline is agreed upon in connection with the order.
